A newly opened auto centre in North London required a new responsive website as well as various digital marketing elements to drive new customers and beat local competitors.
We quickly got to work to build a bespoke WordPress website for the brand, which included a responsive design, UX to aid phone calls, landing pages for key services and a custom WordPress CMS for easy editing and faster load speeds, without the extra baggage presented by templated WordPress designs.
We developed an extensive Google Ads campaign targeting potential new customers who required an array of vehicle services within a sensible radius of the auto centre. The structure and bidding were carefully assembled to ensure the client’s most important services were adequately marketed.
We started optimising the site to achieve higher ranking positions for mainstay services and it quickly began to appear higher on Google, organically, month-on-month, gradually achieving page 1 status and overtaking nearby competitors.
After acquiring new customers, using paid channels, we utilised email-marketing campaigns to drive repeat customers, adding to the lifetime-value per customer for the client.
We continually marketed to existing customers, via bespoke email shots, to help increase repeat visits from recently acquired customers through paid advertising.
